- Jake Gillen, an acute care surgeon, and his wife, Natalie, a urogynecologist, both practice at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia, where they live with their children, Isla and Harrison.
- Lindsey Kovach, the eldest daughter, is a realtor in Greenville, South Carolina, where she lives with her husband Kyle, a teacher, and their children Gwen, Livi, and Cam.
- Whitney OBrian, the youngest daughter, is a board-certified optometrist practicing in Greenville, South Carolina, where she lives with her husband, Brandon, an instrument-rated pilot.
- Kirk Gillen is an interventional radiologist at the VA Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina. His wife, Megan, is a registered nurse at MUSC Medical Center. They reside on James Island.
