Dallas, Texas Apr 8, 2025 (Issuewire.com) - Raven Resources Corp. has finalized the investment thesis for the Texas Essentials Fund, a strategic real estate investment initiative targeting essential retail and multifamily assets in Texas.
With a minimum fund size of $250 million, Texas Essentials will focus on grocery-anchored retail, NNN retail, and Class A multifamily properties in Texas' major metropolitan areas. The fund will seek investments in assets anchored by Kroger, HEB, Target, Starbucks, Chipotle, national banks, and high-traffic fitness centers, ensuring stable long-term returns.
"Texas Essentials is designed to provide a solid investment foundation in assets that remain in demand regardless of economic cycles," said Steve Kelly, President of Raven Resources Corp. "By focusing on premier locations and essential-use properties, we are building a resilient and high-value investment portfolio."
Immediate acquisitions under review include a grocery-anchored retail center, ground lease investments, and a multifamily community in North Dallas. The fund will be managed in collaboration with key industry partners, with final structuring and leadership selections currently underway.
